What is J.E.D.I.?
J.E.D.I. (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) is a collection of lessons created by learning scientists from fieldXperience. This course was designed for enterprise clients to give their employees to train their diversity, equity, and inclusion skills. The lessons are rooted in a holistic approach to understanding historical context, with self-reflection and actionable takeaways to help learners grow and develop in their DE&I journey.
As one of the designers for this campaign, I was responsible for designing the brand identity for the course and various media, marketing, and sales collateral for the course rollout. The design collateral includes social media posts, marketing videos, course videos, print material and more.

This engaging marketing video showcases the essence of J.E.D.I. through visually captivating content. Designed to provide context and understanding, the video effectively communicates the course's impact on individuals, teams, and organizations, highlighting its role in addressing DEI challenges at various levels.
J.E.D.I. Course Intro Video
This introductory video, skillfully designed for the JEDI Badge Course, sheds light on the current state of diversity initiatives and their limitations. With a focus on informative storytelling, the video sets the stage for a fresh approach to achieving impactful DE&I outcomes.
